Channa Dal Laddu(Split Bengal Gram Laddu)



Laddus are favorite of Lord Ganesha and tomorrow is Ganesh Chaturthi.; so let us prepare Lord Ganesh favorite laddus………
This laddus prepared by using channadal (split Bengal gram), groundnut, sesame seed and dried coconut and most important is ……….less ghee; this laddus is also prepared on Krishna janmasthami.

Method

Dry roast split bengal gram, groundnut, sesameseed, dried coconut pieces separately, and keep aside to cool. Remove the husk of groundnut and split it by pressing with hand.
 Once split bengal gram gets cool; make a powder by running in mixie (missed to click)
Take it in bowl add rest of the dry roasted ingredients mix and keep aside.

     Take jaggery and sugar in a pan add 2tbsp of water and boil it until you get one-string syrup

Add dry roasted ingredients, cardamon powder and ghee mix well;

Take it to another bowl (pan will be hot and it difficult to make laddus) make laddus.
Apply ghee to your hand and make laddus.

Note:
You can add or reduce sugar and jaggery quantity as per your taste.
