Lemon Rice




This is one of the straightforward, trouble-free and familiar recipes in everyone’s kitchen; which is prepared with left over rice.





Lemon Rice

Ingredients

2cups   Cooked Rice
½         Limejuice
1sp       Groundnuts
1/2sp    Channadal
2          Green Chillies slited
1/4sp    Haldi
2sp     Oil
Salt to taste
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves for garnish



Method

Take cooked rice in a bowl add salt and lime juice mix well and keep aside
Heat oil add rai ones it crackle add groundnut fry add channa dal fry till it turns red add green chillies and haldi and fry
Add rice to the oil and mix well garnish with coriander leaves
Serve with omelette, potatoes fry or pickle.
