Paushtik Ladoo


After a long ... break; I have come up with a lip smacking recipe Pausthik ladoo. This is my mom-in-law’s recipe; when she came to my home on vacation; and I got a chance to make this ladoo by her. Without any further explanation, I would directly like to jump to the recipe.

Procedure:


1.      Dry roast moong dal and udal dal separately and keep aside to get cool; ones it get cool make powder in mixer.



2.     Powder sugar and keep aside

3.     In kadai, heat ghee add wheat flour, fry until it changes colour, and can feel the aroma of wheat flour.

4.     Now add powdered dals and mix well. Keep aside to get cool

5.     Ones it get cool transfer the mixture to a big plate and add sugar powder and elachi powder and mix well

6.     Now make ladoos  store in air tight containers

Note: Add sugar only after mixture gets cool.


         Can add sugar powder if necessary.
