Salads...salads...I love salads...I always try
to add up salad in my every day diet...so I try different variation in salads
my using different vegetables and seasoning………….. This is one among them.
Ingredients
1.
1/2cup cabbage grated/julienne
2.
1/2cup sweet corn
3.
1 onion slice
4.
1tomato chopped
5.
2sp thick curd
6.
1sp mayonnaise (optional)
7.
Pinch of chilli powder
8.
Pepper powder as per your taste
9.
2sp Coriander leaves chopped
10. Salt to taste
Procedure
In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients except
salt; and mix well
Add salt just before serving.
Salad is ready to serve.
Note:
In summer keep the salad in fridge for 15 minutes
and serve.
