Bhindi/ladysfinger is everyone’s favourite vegetable;
especially kids love bhindi alot.....
Bhindi is such a vegetable, that goes good with
dal chawal (rice), curd rice and of course with roti and chapatti.

Method
Cut
bhidi into slices and keep aside.
Heat oil in kadai/wok
Add
red chilli, garlic and curry leaves fry for a while.
Add sliced ladyfinger and sauté it
Add slit green chillies mix well add sliced
onion mix well and sauté it
Close the led and cook; once ladyfinger is
cooked add pepper powder and amchur powder, and toss well.
Serve hot with roti
