This is an easy dessert recipe made of Marie biscuits.
Ingredients

pack Marie
Biscuit
½
cup Sugar
1/3
cup Cashew nuts and Almond (crushed)
½
tbsp Cocoa powder
1
½ tbsp Butter (melted)
¼-cup
Desiccated coconut powder
Few tbsp of milk

Method
Make a powder
of biscuits, sugar separately, and keep aside in two separate bowls.
Add 1 tbsp of
sugar powder and ½ tbsp coco powder to biscuit powder and mix well
Add few tbsp
of milk to above powder slowly to form dough (like chapati dough) and keep
aside.
In another
bowl take desiccated coconut powder add sugar powder, crushed cashew nuts and
almond powder, vanilla essence and melted butter, mix well.
Grease aluminum
foil
Roll the
biscuit cocoa dough on aluminum foil to chapatti shape
Use roll pin
to give a smooth texture.
Spread
coconut sugar mixture all over evenly, use roll pin to give a smooth texture.
Slowly roll
the biscuit cocoa roti to from a roll
Seal the ends
and incase dough breaks in between, lightly press to enclose and continue
rolling.
Wrap aluminum
foil ant set in fridge for 2hrs.
After 2hrs
remove the foil and cut into slices using a knife and serve.
Note: -
Adding crushed cashew nut and almond powder is an optional.
