After a long gap I have come up with chicken recipe; the
source of this recipe is my Mom; without much description I would skip straight
into the recipe
Procedure
Marinate chicken with curd, haldi, chilli powder, ginger
garlic paste, dhania powder, zeera powder, onion and tomato chopped and salt
for 1hr.
Dry roast slice dried coconut
Soak khuskhus and cashew in hot water for 1/2hr
Grind fried dried coconut, khuskhus and cashew together to a
smooth paste
In nonstick pan put marinated chicken and cook
Ones chicken is cooked keep aside
In another pan heat oil add sliced onion fry till it turn red
Add khus khus paste and fry until raw smell goes and paste turns
red
Add cooked chicken
mix well so the masala (khuskhus) coats well
Add water to the
gravy consistency and add chilly powder and mix well close led to cook
Ones it boils well
add slit green chillies, lime juice, and mix well
Serve hot with roti
and rice.
For me Puri is the
best combination with this gravy
