This is a very good side dish for roti
and chapatti.
Method
Take
vegetables except peas and cook in cooker (only one whistle)
Heat oil in
a pan
Add zeera
ones it crackles add ginger garlic paste and fry it, add chopped onion, sauté
it
Add haldi mix
it then add dhania powder fry it and now add chilli powder and mix well (see
that spices/masala does not get brunt)
Add cooked
vegetables and mix well.
Add peas and
chopped tomatoes and mix well close the led and cook till tomatoes are cooked
(sprinkle very little water if need)
Add kasuri methi
and remove from gas.
