Being a mangalorean; we have fish very often;
this fish fry recipe is regularly prepared in mangalorean 's kitchen. Ones
you prepare masala you can store in freezer and use.............
1cup Dhania
2tsp Zeera
1 Garlic
1sp Haldi
1cup Raw rice soaked
Salt to taste
Fish pieces
3-4tbsp Oil
Ingredients
20 Dried kashmiri chillies1cup Dhania
2tsp Zeera
1 Garlic
1sp Haldi
1cup Raw rice soaked
Salt to taste
Fish pieces
3-4tbsp Oil
Method
- Soak rice before 1/2hr
- Grind above all ingredient except rice(add water little by little)
- Ones above ingredients are coarsely grind add soaked rice and grind till rice get rava texture.
- Apply masala on fish pieces and marinate for 1hr
- After 1hr; heat oil in kadai and fry fry till it turn red and crisp
- Serve hot .
