Actually, I wanted to post this recipe on ganesh chauthi but
some how I could not hit the big time.

Procedure
Fry rava in ghee on medium heat stirring continuously until
a nice aroma comes out of rava. Keep it aside.
In another kadai add sugar and water boil until you get one
thread syrup
Add this sugar syrup and elachi powder to fried rava and mix
well (do not panic if mixture is watery; ones it gets dry as it get cool)
Make Laddu by adding kaju and kish mish
Store in airtight container.
Note
In this recipe, I have added 200gm of sugar to
250gm of rava as we like less sweet
However, you can add 250gm of sugar if you like sweet
i.e.; 1:1 sugar and rava
