Seviya Kheer



Raksha Bandhan or Rakhi is a festival marked by tying of rakhi on the wrist of brother by his sister, provided they commit lifelong obligation to protect their sister.
                                                   I never forget to send rakhi to  my most handsome, sweet little brother  his rakhi and this time it is a double celebration as rakhi and my bro wedding anniversary  is on same day……. Therefore, I want to post something special on this special day.

Procedure

Heat ghee in a pan, add dry fruits and fry, add seviya, fry for 2min, and keep asideshubha76.blogspot.com


In the same pan add boiled milk by adding sugar, ones sugar gets diluted add Khoya mix well on low flame

Ones milk gets boiling add fried seviya and elachi powder and mix well; then close the led of pan and off the gas stove.
Keep the led close for 10min; then serve Seviya Kheer hot or cool.

                                   Note:- Adding Khoya is an optional. If Kheer gets thick, add hot milk
